We were offered cereals, cakes, and cheese in the morning. Incredible and stunning location close to the subway, met expectations.

The economy room I had was new-fashioned. A private safe, air conditioner, and a mini bar were available here. Had very central location on the gran via avenue. I was happy to find Restaurante Botin, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel and served nice food.

Good facilities and a great value and generous breakfast with cakes and sweet options, as example. Reasonably good team on shift, absolutely perfect and excellent location. Located 10 min walk away from Plaza de Espana tube station.

The room was large with balcony and tablet plus ample space and the breakfast was rich. The food was reasonably priced.

The location of the venue is magnificent and stunning, just off the centre, Metro, bars and eating places, and public transport. Had brand-new and neat room, it included central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. The buffet breakfast with great views was complementary.
